Cousins Slumber Party

We had our first ever

COUSINS SLUMBER PARTY!!

It was so much fun, I think Colten & Caitlin were the most surprised at how much fun we had. They didn't know how fun the AUNTS could be, they thought only Grandma was fun.

I had to destroy the house so that we could have a big enough wall for the BIG MOVIE, we were going to watch.

Roster: Madison, Olivia, Colten, Caitlin, Cade, Makynli, Jaxon & Makenna.

Moms: Sarah, Staci & Terra.

First we went swimming on Friday. Jaxon found a bug in the pool. Colten in the sandbox.

I love Cade's face in this picture.After swimming we decorated pillow cases, Madi is behind Colten.The kids had so much fun doing their own thing.My little Miss Madi P.Here are some of the finished products: Livi, Makenna & Jaxon's.Livi sat on Colten's case, so her hiney has a "t" & "e" on her diaper!We made such a mess with the paint that we had to wash the kids outside.A little play time before we had dress up.Aunt Terra brought about 40 different outfits for the kids to dress up in. It was really fun watching them.We also had wigs for them to use. Here is Livi in her "hairpiece". She was soooo mad when I put this in her hair.If you look closely you can see she has a tear on her left eye, she did get over being mad pretty quickly.Madi had a great time dressing up and being with all of her cousins. By the time I took this photo it was really late and she was so tired, nothing would make her happy, but I had to see her in this dress. I was right though, she looks soooo cute in it, and it was worth making her mad to get the shot.

I wanted to take a cute pic of the girls in their petticoat's but Livi was not going to cooperate!!

MOVIE TIME!!!

Aunt Stacie did the coolest thing!! She brought money and movie tickets for the kids to use to come to the movie. She setup a "snack bar" for the kids to have to give their tickets and purchase snacks. The kids loved it and I did too.

The movie is now playing. And it's the first time everyone is sitting down and being still!!!

The next morning this is what everyone looked like sleeping!

After we had pancakes and bacon for breakfast we did another activity, thanks to Terra! The kids got to decorate door hangers with lots of stickers. Flowers for the girls and sports for the boys.

After that, we went to the Children's Museum! There is so much to do there that we were able to let them run wild, sort of.

After we played here we took the kids to Gattiland, which I have no pics of. Can you believe it!! I'll have to borrow some from Staci!

Lake Amistad

We went to help put the roof on at the lake house. It has been a really nice addition to the house. I wasn't just taking pictures, I did actually help put the roof on.

Livi had just woke from her nap, and she was in a "chill" mode, I love it when she's like that.

After doing a lot of work we went out on the boat for some fun. We found some caves that were perfect for swimming and exploring in. This was a really awesome place to swim and take pics. Madi and I really enjoyed ourselves!!

Livi loves to swim too, she cries when you take her out.

This cave was our favorite place to hang out and swim. Madi was even able to jump off some rocks into the water.

Here are the springs that run into the lake. The water here is freezing, but it's beautiful!!

Madi & Livi getting dad. This was taken right off the back porch at sunset! On the way home was took some funny pictures. That is Livi's big toe! Madi has a seashell on her nose that she found in the caves.

Pops & Granny's House

We went to Crane to visit the fam, while we were there we were able to see two of Big Jack's brothers, Stanley and Fred.

Sleepover @ Jaxon & Makenna's House

We slept over at the "other Willis'" house, and we had so much fun. Madi has on roller skates while riding the bike. Livi is wearing sunglasses that were made for a teddy bear that Jaxon made, while they were in San Antonio.

Balmorhea Park

I wanted to take the girls to Balmorhea to go swimming before the summer was over. It was soooo much fun. Even the dads had fun too.

We love this picture of the kids on our way there, Jaxon's ear's are glowing. I had to put this pic in. My piture of them on the way home looked very different than this one, everyone was passed out, but somehow that picture was erased so I don't have it.Makenna giving Livi some sugars! And you can kinda see Livi's black eye, oops!Livi's 1st pig tales!!! They are too cute. Oohh, and her black eye.

The kids fed the fish some bread, there were a bunch of them, even though you can't really tell.

Aunt Terra jumping off the high dive. There were some other guys that went off the board in front of me and Terra and they had very whimpy splashes, we had said that we needed to get "our guys" up there and show them how it's done.
